Very nice old and lovely little hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The room was kept very clean and available with coffee, coffee facilities and lovely views. The location was unbeatable, for example, a 13th - century church was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The hotel was not only fairly clean but quaint in every way. Breakfast with cured meats and cappucino and jams. Beautiful building and rooms with the view. Friendly service, competent staff.

I had a delightful stay at a charming small hotel with a perfect location. The staff were helpful with arranging parking and I loved being able to help myself to coffee anytime. The unique 360-degree views from the lounge were breathtaking, especially at night when the Rocca and churches were illuminated. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

The building is very beautiful and set in a car free zone of the city. The staff are very friendly (especially young Stefano) and the breakfast room is left open for patrons to make a cup of tea during the day. It is the first accommodation of this budget where I have found muesli and yogurt with fruit and fruit juice for breakfast. It is in the middle of the central Assisi and easy access by foot to all of the attractions.

With the windows open it was too noisy to sleep. But there is no air- conditioning nor a fan. The rooms are tall and external walls very thick but it gets stuffy without air movement.

Will definitely go again next time as our stay was such wonderful. Bright and outstanding rooms are accompanied by friendly service. It has an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff in general is best and competent;))

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The views from the windows were stunning, especially from the lookout tower. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with parking and providing a welcome package with information about the area.

The bed in the room was not very comfortable, which was a bit disappointing.

Great location in the heart of Assisi. I enjoyed having a key to the facility and could come and go without having to pass hotel staff all the time. However owners were available at breakfast (which was great!) and throughout the day for helpful guidance to local imformation. I had two teenages with me and they also loved it.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Assisi, I had an exceptional experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the small, historic city. From my window, I had breathtaking views of the city and the castle. The hotel even had a lookout tower with a 360-degree view, which was a fantastic feature.

Very atmospheric and comfortable hotel in great setting. Lovely breakfast included and helpful pleasant staff. Would stay there again.
